OPERATIONS MANAGER


Mr. O'Donnell is a seasoned professional with over 43 years experience in the contracting industry. Mr. O'Donnell, a Scottish national, brings with him a wealth of experience acquired from working on, and managing multi-million dollar projects in his country. At Kee-Chanona Ltd., he is responsible for all aspects of construction operations including site investigation and project staffing and is directly involved in ensuring that all projects run to programme and within budget. Mr.O'Donnell has direct experience and knowledge in Construction Health and Safety Practices and ensures that all projects adhere to the highest standard of safety.

  • $US 14.4M 5-storey office block fit out for Talisman Oil, Aberdeen

  • $US 12M Job Centre Roll out Programmes

  • $US 3.8 M Regeneration of Inverness Railway Station

  • $US 3.6M Aberlour House, Gordonstoun School, Moray

  • $US 3.2M Re-roofing & Refurbishment of 4-storey office block, Raigmore

  • $US 3.0M New Mountain Rescue Headquarters, RAF Kinloss

  • $US 2.4M New Classroom extensions, Forres Academy

  • $US 2.4M New Conference Facilities, Keith Grammar School

  • $US 1.7M Refurbishment of Ex-Ministry of Defence houses for Moray Housing Partnership.

Mr. O'Donnell's career chronology is detailed below:



  • Kee-Chanona Ltd. Operations Manager - January 2008 to present

  • Mansell 2004-2007 Senior Contracts Manager, Elgin - Reporting directly to the Scottish Regional Director at the Headquarters in Aberdeen.

  • Mansell 2002-2004 Contracts Manager – Responsible for all aspects of the Construction Operations, reported to the Area Manger, Elgin.

  • Roberstson Group 1997-2002 Project Manager -Control of individual projects and project Teams/ site managers.

  • Gordon Forbes Construction 1989-1997 Contracts Director - Produced one of the first HSE plans in the North of Scotland, based on the 10-point plan in the HSE guidelines at the time, this plan was adopted by Buckie Office of the Grampian Regional Council.
