Mr. Mervyn Chin

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER


A construction veteran, Mr. Chin has been in the Building Construction field for more than 30 years, having worked both locally and regionally in Grenada and Belize. After a short stint in banking he started his construction career in 1977 as a Construction Technician with one of the country's then largest building contractors.


In 1986 he joined Kee-Chanona Limited as an Assistant Project Manager and is currently the Senior Project Manager within the company. He is well known to the design consultants, specialist services subcontractors and major materials suppliers within the construction industry. Mr. Chin is currently (2011-2012) a President of the Trinidad and Tobago Contractor's Association (TTCA) and has also served several previous terms as a Board Director and one as Vice President. His tenure at the TTCA is as follows:




  • 2003 to 2004 - Board Director




  • 2005 to 2006 - Board Director




  • 2006 to 2007 - Board Director




  • 2008 to 2009 - Board Director




  • 2009 to 2010 - Board Director




  • 2010 to 2011 - Vice President
