Nicholas Denman
SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Mr. Denman’s early estimating career began in the United Kingdom and spanned 13 years until he decided to broaden his experience and moved to the Caribbean in 2003.
Based in the Turks and Caicos Islands he was a Senior Estimator for a large construction company and was responsible with the others in the estimating team for build only, and design and build tenders, for both civil engineering and building works across various Caribbean islands.
Mr. Denman’s broad experience and his desire to continue his career in the Caribbean lead to his recently joining our management team.
As Estimating Manager, Mr. Denman is responsible for delivering competitive, responsive tenders preparing detailed analytical pricing for every bid submission.
