The demand for higher education had outgrown the capacity of what the existing building could have provided. In this regard an Additional Third Floor comprising primarily Lecture Theatres with the inclusion of an Elevator and a 150 seat Auditorium was constructed. The existing interior was remodeled with upgrade and expansion to all services comprising electrics, plumbing, air-conditioning, etc.
