Built originally as a branch of NCB, this was the first project constructed by Kee-Chanona Ltd. Constructed within both time and budget to a high quality of finishes. It stands as one of the hallmarks of excellence for which we are justly proud. Our client, much to his chagrin had extended the lease with the original landlord in the TATIL Building by a three month minimum period due to their concern of KCL maintaining the project timeline. This project was completed on the original completion date – seven days before the expiration of the TATIL Lease.
