The facade of this historic 50 year old building was completely renovated,replacing the existing marble finishing with glass curtain walling giving it a neat and dramatically different outlook. The interior was upgraded with an additional floor 6th floor together with new electrics, communications, safety features, plumbing and air-conditioning.
