TCapital Plaza has embarked on increasing its hotel room stock for which we have been contracted to construct the structural frame of a twelve (12) storey building which includes a pool deck at the roof level. The location of this project is at one of the busiest traffic intersection in Trinidad which is at Wrightson Road and Ajax Street, Port of Spain and the site leaves very little space for storage. Therefore proper coordination of procurement is essential as too the efficient use of a tower crane to keep the flow of progress running smoothly.
